Helge Risnes, CEO

Was former Chairman and CEO of InfoCare ASA, the leading independent provider of ICT services in the Nordics. Mr. Risnes founded InfoCare in his home in 1985, and built the company to more than 1500 employees and 1.1B NOK (US$200 million) in annual revenue in 2006. Mr. Risnes was for several years named one of the Top 500 Growth Entrepreneurs in Europe by Europe's 500, a non-profit, pan-European body. From 1977 to 1985 he worked with Scanvest Ring AS and helped building the company from MNOK 12 to 1.0 BNOK as engineer, director and board member. Mr. Risnes is educated in the Norwegian Royal Airforce and later at Agder Ingeniørhøyskole.  
 
                          

Anett Conradi, CFO

Erik Solhjell, CTO/Executive VP 

Holds a MSc. Degree in Electronics from the Norwegian University of Technology, Trondheim, Norway. He has 36 years of working experience in hardware and software development, sales and various management positions. He started in Tandberg Data in 1979 where he was CTO prior to beginning in Tandberg Storage. Mr. Solhjell was CEO tin Tandberg Storage from 1 October 2003 until June 2006.

Svein Frodahl, VP Research and Development 

Holds a M.Sc degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Technology in Trondheim, Norway. He joined Tandberg Radio in 1977 and Tandberg Data in 1979, and held the positions as VP of Manufacturing and VP of R&D in Tandberg Data. He ventured of Tandberg Data to become VP of Operations in Sensonor from 1997 to 2000, when he went back to his former position as VP of R&D in Tandberg Data. He continued as VP of R&D in Tandberg Storage when this company was established in 2003.

During the past five years he has worked in Tandberg Data and Tandberg Storage.

Jack Robinson, VP Sales and Marketing

Holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Bucks County College in Pennsylvania. Joined Tandberg Storage Sept 2007. 23 years of experience in data storage; previously Director of Product Management, Director of Product Marketing, and VP of OEM Sales for Tandberg Data.

Ivar Miljeteig, Project Management 

Holds a M.Sc. degree in Technical Cybernetics from the University of Technology in Trondheim, Norway. He has been Product Manager for LTO2 based products since August 2005, working closely with the manufacturing partner in China as well as with customers. From 2002 to 2005 he managed the development of Tandberg Storage's first LTO product, TS400. From 1998 to 2002 he was Project Manager for several projects, both internal in Tandberg Data and in co-development with companies from EU, USA and Asia. From 1995 to 1998 Mr. Miljeteig was manager for the Software Department.

He has been in the Company since it incorporation and prior to that in Tandberg Data where he started in 1985.

Vidar Billing Hansen, QA Management 

Holds a M.Sc. degree in Technical Cybernetics from the University of Technology in Trondheim, Norway. He joined Tandberg Data as a development engineer in 1986, and has held various management positions in Tandberg from 1994. He left Tandberg shortly to serve as department manager in the IT Division of the Norwegian Bank Nordea from 2000 until 2001, when he was recruited back to Tandberg Data.

He has served as Quality Assurance Manager of Tandberg Storage since the Company was established in 2003.
